Rule 20B
Type of examination
(1) The department shall adopt the following examination system while examining the applicant for driver's license in accordance with section 49 of the Act:-
(a) Written Examination (b) Practical Examination
(c) any other examination (2) An applicant who passes the written test according to clause (a) of sub-rule (1) may take the practical test up to three times within ninety days after passing the written test.
